No fuss returns

14 days to change your mind.

• Return any unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unmarked, and returned with any packaging they arrived in.
• Return postage is covered by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.

Starting a return.

• Email us at therecessioncompany@gmail.com with your order number to begin.
• We'll reply with the return address and confirm your item qualifies.
• Post it back within 14 days — once it arrives and passes a quick check, we refund.

How refunds work.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, less the original $9 shipping. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear once we've received and inspected the item.

If something's wrong.

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund including shipping, your choice.
